Challenge 20

I kind of like that I did this prompt during may because then I can jump on the Mermay band-wagon and feel like one of the cool kids 8) I actually have had a great time doing this piece, once I finally got off my ass and started to draw it -_- I’m so lazy -_-. But yeah, ever since I’ve decided that her house would be hufflepuff if she was a wizard (totally biased since I learned it was my house as well #justsorted ) I wanted to blend the yellow of hufflepuff with her regular color palette and I think it looks beautiful (like a sunset *O*) and it’s normally my fall back palette since it’s so gorgeous and I am so excited about it~!! She’s staring at a majestic glowing fish since she’s an average mermaid (just like she acts like an average human) and is easily distracted by shiny things. Just like most mermaids she prides beauty over everything else which is why she has such on point make-up which I’m loving. I couldn’t decided if she should have yellow streaks in her hair or have her normal color but either way she probably should have let her hair down... It’s her so I don’t care. SO EXCITED!!!!
